Worr Motorsport experienced a weekend of standout performances and tough lessons at Killarney, with strong results in Bambino and Micro Max highlighting the team’s national campaign.

Bambino Brilliance from Panday

Zaid Panday delivered one of the drives of the weekend. After starting P8 in Race 1, he surged to P4 with a last-lap move. Despite losing ground early in Race 2 from pole, he fought back to secure a solid finish.

In Race 3, Panday impressed again—climbing to P3 and pushing hard for P2 in a fiercely contested battle. His consistency across all heats earned him overall victory for the weekend, marking a significant result in his national season.

Micro Max Momentum

Radhi led the charge in Micro Max with a commanding performance at the front. Regularly battling for the lead, he secured P2 overall, signalling strong championship intent.

Yassien, adapting to a new category, showed grit in the midfield—holding pace with the lead group and gaining valuable race experience in a competitive field.

Senior Max Standout

Jesse Swart delivered a composed and tactical performance in a tightly packed Senior Max field. His defensive driving and consistency keep him firmly in the championship fight as he builds toward international competition later this year.

Difficult Weekend Elsewhere

It was a challenging outing for Lwashu in Mini, with ongoing engine issues forcing a retirement before Race 3 despite extensive efforts in the pits.

In Junior Max, Michael Danks struggled off the line in multiple races, with setup issues impacting overall performance. The team worked closely to resolve the challenges, shifting focus toward securing points where possible.

A weekend of both promise and adversity, Worr Motorsport leaves Killarney with momentum in key categories—and clear areas to refine as the season progresses.
