Africa’s motorsport future depends on the people behind the scenes as much as those on the track. Karting Africa Network is the official talent network created by Worr Motorsport to identify, develop and connect skilled individuals with opportunities across the African motorsport landscape.

Whether you are an experienced professional, a qualified official, a passionate mechanic, a driver coach or someone eager to volunteer and contribute, Karting Africa Connect provides a platform to become part of a growing continental workforce dedicated to advancing karting and motorsport in Africa.

As the Karting Africa Initiative continues to expand through partnerships with national federations, clubs and FIA-supported programmes, there is an increasing need for trained personnel to support events, driver development, technical operations and grassroots initiatives throughout the continent.
